About Vrindavan

Vrindavan Dham is a historical city in the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is located in the Braj Bhoomi region where Lord Krishna spent most of his childhood days. Vrindavan has about 5,500 temples dedicated to the worship of Lord Krishna and Radha Rani.

The ancient Sanskrit name of the city, Vrindavan, comes from its groves of vṛndā (Tulsi) and vana (grove, forest).

The common salutation or greetings used in Braj region by its residents is Radhe Radhe which is associated with the Goddess Radha or Hare Krishna which is associated with Krishna.

The other prominent areas surrounding Vrindavan are Govardhana, Gokul, Nandgaon, Barsana, Mathura and Bhandirvan. Along with Vrindavan, all these places are considered to be the center of Radha Rani and Lord Krishna worship. 

Tentative Program

IMP : Kriya Yoga initiation and review are not a part of the program.

Contribution

Option A: Rs. 32,000/- per person with accommodation on double sharing basis and all meals

Option B: Rs. 28,000/- per person with accommodation on triple sharing basis and all meals

Option C: Rs. 18,000/- per person without accommodation but including all meals

This contribution covers room charges for 7 nights (except for Option C), all meals, infrastructure cost for the arrangements of the event, cultural programs, and Shri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations. This does not include visits to the temples.

Registration Guidelines             

• Registration have opened on 11 June 2023 at 8.00 am IST and will close once maximum participant capacity is reached.
• Prior registration is required to participate.
• Only confirmed participants can participate in the event.
• There will be NO on-the-spot registrations.
• Registration slots are non-transferable & non-refundable.
• Registrations are open to everyone; age 10 years and above.

Registration Process                           

• Individual profiles on the TSF web app need to be completed before registering for the event.
• New members can click here to get their unique TSF IDs and then register for the event.
• If you would like to register a family member or a friend alongwith, you can do so only if you have their unique TSF UID/registered email. Create their ID before registration begins and keep it handy with you.
• All members in a booking can choose the same participation Option only.

• Once the registration request is accepted, contribution payment details will be communicated to the participants on their registered email IDs.
• It will take a few days to process the registrations.
• Number of seats is limited. They will be allotted on availability and other criteria.
• We request that you wait for at least 10 days before contacting us for any confirmation related information.
                               

How to reach Vrindavan

By Air: Approx. 3 hrs drive from the nearest airport - Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi
By Train:  Approx. 16 kms from the nearest railway station, Mathura Junction or Approx. 160 kms from New Delhi Railway Station

Note:                                         

• All participants are requested to make their own transportation arrangements for arriving and departing from the venue.
• All participants are requested to check out from the rooms latest by 9.00 am on 9th September 2023.
• Should any participants wish to arrive earlier or stay longer, stay arrangement, cost of accommodation and food has to be borne by the participants themselves.
