MyTree Plantation Drive and Satsang Jal Seva Sangatan Percolation Well Construction

The MyTree and Jal Seva Sangatan Teams of The Satsang Foundation have joined hands to extend the mission to restore Bengaluru’s green cover and groundwater resources in Phase 2 of our crowdfunding campaign.

We raised ₹2,17,611 towards Phase 1 of our comprehensive plan, and planted 850 saplings at Banashankari 6th Phase - Zone 1, Bengaluru on 27 June 2026.

During Phase 2, our first project includes the planting of 400 saplings of native species and the construction of 2 percolation wells at the Government Primary Health Centre at Anekal, Bengaluru at an estimated cost of ₹2 lakhs.
The list of sapling species includes:

• Medicinal & Sacred: Neem, Bilvapatra, Malabar Nut, Rudraksha
• Shade & Heritage: Banyan, Peepal, Fig, Kadamba, Acacia
• Flowering & Fruit-Bearing: Mango, Jackfruit, Guava, Amla, Champa, Orchid, and Flame of the Forest

Sponsor a Grove (10 Saplings): ₹4,500
Sponsor any number of Saplings of your choice 
Contribute any amount of your choice towards the construction of the percolation wells
Contribute any amount of choice towards the entire project
