Satsang Skill Development Centre (SSDC) in Madanapalle, is an initiative of The Satsang Foundation, established in November 2018. Our mission is to skill and develop the personalities and minds of young adults, primarily aged 18-25, in the Annamayya District of Andhra Pradesh, with the goal of making them employment-ready.
In a rapidly evolving job market, our education system often falls short, relying heavily on rote learning that does not adequately prepare students for industry demands. This results in youth who are not readily employable and unprepared to face the challenges of the professional world. The gap between industry needs and available skills presents significant challenges in talent acquisition and retention.
At SSDC, we strive to bridge this gap by providing practical training and essential life skills that empower young adults with the confidence and competencies required by employers. Our programs not only equip them with the skills needed to succeed but also guide them on a path toward fulfilling their aspirations.
