Satsang Seva Mission: Supporting our Communities
Help 220 school children stay warm this winter at Trimbakeshwar, Nashik
During our World Water Day event held on 22 March 2026 in Brahmagiri, Trimbakeshwar, we visited the Nashik Education Society’s Ashramshala at Velunje. This 100-year-old institution is home to 550 students (Grades 1 to 10), hailing from tribal farming families residing across Maharashtra up to the Gujarat border. These children stay on campus while their families work tirelessly in their fields to support their education.
Currently, the children sleep on thin cotton mats. As winter approaches, temperatures in the Trimbakeshwar belt drop significantly, making nights harsh for these young resident students. Of the total 550 students, the remaining 220 require our support for warm bedding and mattresses.
Our aim is to provide 220 sets of 1 Mattress and 1 Pillow before 31 October 2026.
How we can help:
Total cost: ₹ 1,19,900 for 220 sets.
You may choose to offer
- 5 sets = ₹ 2725
- 10 sets = ₹ 5450
- 15 sets = ₹ 8175
Or any other contribution of your choice. Every single contribution brings warmth and comfort to a child’s life.
